Drone Safety

Aerial Photogropy is Serious Business

Selecting an aerial photographer is not a whimsical choice. You need someone licensed, with the training to do the job safely and correctly.

At Bird’s Eye View Images, all of our pilots are Part 107 sUAS licensed, who have undergone several hours of formal training, and have countless hours of flight in the air and on simulators. We are familiar with the different classes of airspace, and what can happen if the FAA’s guidelines and rules are broken.

Don’t put yourself, your organization, or event in jeopardy by using untrained, unlicensed pilots. Use Bird’s Eye View to get it done right!

---Did you know: Failure to register a sUAS can result in civil penalties up to $27,500, and criminal penalties up to $250,000 and/or 3 years in prison. ---

--- In most cases, without prior FAA authorization, the max ceiling for a drone is 400 ft above ground level. ---

--- Improper usage of a drone lead to a $182,000 fine for a Philidelphia pilot/Youtuber. He has since been ordered to remove his page from Youtube. ---
